Refund / Product Exchange Policy

If the received product is damaged or does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt. Exchanges will not be processed after this timeframe.

 

Product Exchange Procedure:

Ensure the Project Skin product you wish to exchange meets all requirements and is reported within 2 days of receipt.

Customer Service Report. Please contact our Customer Service team along with:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (required)
  • Clear photos of damaged/incorrect product
 

Verification Process

Our team will confirm exchange eligibility within a maximum of 7 working days.

 

Return Process

If approved, you will receive return instructions. You need to send the product to the designated address and provide the tracking number to our Customer Service.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your payment will be refunded as Point Reward and can be used to purchase any product on projectskinid.com.
