Shipping Policy

Project Skin collaborates with reputable expedition companies in Indonesia, offering two shipping options -Instant and Regular- to suit your preferences. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Saturday during designated hours for each method. Please note that Project Skin does not operate on Sundays or national holidays.

Instant Delivery

Project Skin offers Instant and Same Day Delivery through the GoSend service. Deliveries via GoSend typically arrive within 1 working day (limited to the Jakarta area, with a maximum distance of 25 km from the pickup point).

Orders are processed same day if payment is completed before 13:00 WIB. Payments made after this cutoff will be shipped the following business day. Below is Project Skin delivery schedule for reference.

Orders paid after 13:00 WIB on Saturdays or one-business day before holiday will be shipped via GoSend the next business day.

Note:

Please ensure the pin points/points selected match with shipping address. We do not liable the loss if the pin points/points selected does not match the shipping address. We shall send your order using Regular shipping.

Please also ensure that your phone number is always active when using instant delivery services. We do not liable the loss if the delivery is having issue due to your phone number cannot be contacted during the delivery.

Regular Delivery

For Regular delivery, orders with successful payment before 16:00 WIB will be processed the same day. Payments received after the cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.

Estimated delivery times:

Kindly note, for orders with successful payments after 14:00 WIB on Saturdays or business days before holidays, shipments shall be processed on the next business day.

To ensure your order arrives on time, we recommend placing your order not too close to the required date.
